I had the Huevos Coppelia without ham. Interesting with a biscuit rather than a muffin. And with a Oaxaca cheese fondue, rather than traditional Hollandaise sauce. Plus, the Chimichurri home fries are delicious! Not your standard homefries. All was very good!
