Jalebi, also known as zulbia and zalabia, is a sweet made by deep-frying maida flour batter in pretzel or circular shapes, which are then soaked in sugar syrup.
This kind Jalebi maker invited me to take pictures of his process. Awesome. And the Jalebi was delicious, too!

(1) can black beans (drain them, mash them)
(1) can refried black beans
(1) cup dried breadcrumbs
(2) large eggs
(1) tsp. black pepper
(1/2) tsp. garlic powder
*you can add slivers of carrots, if you like.
mix them all together in a medium-sized bowl, entering them into the bowl in order that they are listed above.
put olive oil in pan, put patties in accordingly.
top with: tomatoes, onions, and cheese, lettuce.
The first burger I ate on bread, the second on a bed of lettuce. I think I prefer the lettuce! Delicious!
(3/4) cup mayonnaise
(1) tsp. curry powder
(1/2) tsp. yellow mustard
(1) tsp. water
(1) tsp. vinegar
(1/4) tsp. black pepper
mix it all together.

Cappuccino and an Eggs Benedict (tomato slices instead of Canadian bacon) at Crest Cafe.
Famous Jimmy Wong’s, now The Asian Bistro. Sweet and sour shrimp and “Thai me down,” fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce.
Two eggs with cream cheese and tomato on a honey wheat bagel. And a “Hammerhead” coffee on the side. Big City Bagels.
