Nepali momo are steamed or fried dumplings filled with meat or vegetables, often served with a spicy dipping sauce. They’re one of Nepal’s most popular and beloved street foods. I had the steamed chicken momo. Very filling. Just the right amount of ‘spicy.’ Could easily share the portion I had with another person. 250 NPR = $1.82 USD

Strings of color fluttering above tangled wires and worn streets—
This city doesn’t pose for pictures; it just lives.

The first Nepali woman to climb Mount Everest was Pasang Lhamu Sherpa. She achieved this feat on April 22, 1993. Her achievement is celebrated as a landmark moment for women’s empowerment and a symbol of courage in Nepal.
