“There’s a safety in thinking in a diner. You can have your coffee or your milk shake, and you can go off into strange dark areas, and always come back to the safety of the diner.”

  1. awesoe works , i’m an amateur artist . i would love to do street art but i don’t think we can ( in Algeria) like being totally free with painting all kind of stuff

  2. Art is truly a delight to see. I study in class 11th,and have taken art as one of my subjects. Even there we focus more on observing the works of other artists than simply making our own. Each artwork teaches you so much about the artist’s thought process, and helps you understand their point of view.
So thank you for a treat to the eyes

      1. You too! If you can, drop a comment on my blog about your opinions on it. As a debutant blogger I’d love that!😊

  3. Wow, this is excellent. I feel like I should put this on my blog zionadebisi.com

  4. are these all current photos? I ask because I used to live there… on Roebling Street just across the bridge…and it always offered itself up to amazing photos… Everything was a photo op. These reminded me how crowded and noisy it was there. It was being gentrified by artists and students when i was there and yet it still looks as gritty as ever. I love your photos. Thanks for sharing so many… I wish you had captioned them with street names though. But i’m not complaining, they just make me want to know more. To know how it’s changed… so many layers.
