On a windy and rainy day, I took the Sobu Line from Tokyo Station to Shin-Koiwa Station. From Shin-Koiwa Station, I went to Bus Stop 10 and took #29 to Dojunkai. From Dojunkai, I walked to 1-Chome 10 Osugi where this beautiful mural sits on the side of an apartment building overlooking an Eneos gas station.
