Looks delicious. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a good ramen restaurant. I tend to go to Hidakaya, a ramen chain, often. There’s one local place here called Yottekoya that specialises in tonkotsu ramen, but with a Tokyo region soy sauce flavour. That stuff is wonderful.

It was delicious! Now that I’m back in Kobe, I’ve got to find some good ramen around here…
I’m sure you could find some. What’s the usual flavour in Kansai. Soy sauce is the popular one up here in the Tokyo area.
