I don’t know too much about graffiti, so I haven’t heard of them before. I just remember seeing this and thinking how strange but cool it was. Seeing graffiti in Japan is definitely quite different to in other parts of the world.
I’m so glad the Neck Face graff is still there! We first saw it in 2010. The Kuma tag is new to me, though. It used to say “Die in Peace, Die in Shame” up there
