BEIRUT, LEBANON STREET ART: YAZAN HALWANI & TASSO

This piece is SO realistic. I swear it felt like I could just tap the guy on the shoulder and he would just turn around and say ‘Hi.’

I asked Yazan for clarification on what this piece is about and he replied, “The piece with the face is a collaboration between me and TASSO (Maclaim crew from Germany) he is a star of the graffiti world, amazing talent this guy… The piece is me painting him.”

  1. Great ! … the light is interesting. Some warmer light coming in from above, and some arrives as if from a flashlight, that the painter evlly holding in his left (invisible) hand – so there is light enough for this unbelievable work —

      1. Yes, and I thank you so much for sharing this impression. I will try to digg out a photo of a Lebanon cedar we have here, thinking of you.
